The Hand Brayers are one piece steel construction with a plastic handle. Each roll is molded and precision ground over a 1" diameter steel core. Place a 0.6 cc "dab" of ink on the ink tray and roll it out to a thin film by using a hand brayer. Roll out in several directions producing a neat uniform film thickness on the tray. Then rolling over the tray and picking up and transferring the ink to the solid printing plate.
